This policy specifies the methods and principles of processing, storing and managing information via cookies, within the domain b2b.oemenergy.pl (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), the administrator of which is OEM ENERGY Sp. z o. o. based in Chorzów (41-500) at ul. Składowa 17, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs under the number 0000678975 (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator"), which uses cookies and other technologies (hereinafter referred to as "Cookies").
What are Cookies?
Cookies are IT data, usually in the form of a small text file, which are sent by the website and saved on the end device (e.g. computer, tablet, telephone) through which the User visits the Platform. Most cookies contain the name of the website, the time for which they will be stored on the device and an individual number. Cookies enable the use of the Platform and, with the User's consent, allow it to be improved by analyzing movements and actions and to adapt some functionalities, making the use of the Platform easier and more convenient.

Cookies can be divided depending on who administers them, for how long and for what purpose.
Cookies division in terms of the administering entity:
Own cookies – are sent from the domain managed by the Administrator.
External cookies – are sent from a domain managed by a third party.
Division of Cookies in terms of the time for which they will be stored on the User's end device:
Session cookies - stored temporarily for the duration of the session and deleted after closing the browser.
Persistent cookies - stored on the end device for a specified period of time or until manually deleted by the User.
Cookies division according to purpose:
Necessary cookies - they enable the functioning and use of the website, for example, security files that enable authentication and correct use of the website. They cannot be disabled on the Platform.
Analytical/statistical cookies - enable the analysis of movements on the Platform, thanks to which it is possible to improve its operation, because, among other things, the User's activity is analyzed, which shows the most frequently visited pages and how and when he moves on the Platform.
Advertising/marketing cookies - enable customization of advertisements displayed to the User and selected marketing campaigns.

Tools used on the Platform:
The administrator uses third-party cookies, which are administered by Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheater Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States, through the tool: Google Analytics, which is used to study User traffic for analytical purposes.
The above tool allows you to create reports and statistics that use data from the Platform and analyze the User's movements in order to improve the operation of the Platform. Google collects aggregate data that is anonymous - it is impossible to identify an individual User - and is not combined with data already held by Google.

Cookie Management:
Storing cookies is based on the consent of the end device user and may be withdrawn at any time. Such consent may be expressed by accepting Cookies on the Platform in the form of a declaration or using the web browser settings.
The exception to the above are necessary Cookies, which are installed on the end device automatically and cannot be turned off from the Platform. The rest of the Cookies may be blocked at any time by the User's action of withdrawing consent or reselecting the Cookies to be saved.
